What you will do

  • Drive sales of hirify.global solutions via consultative conversations, product demos, and full sales cycle management, collaborating with Marketing, Consulting, and Product teams.
  • Build and expand long-term customer relationships to boost satisfaction, loyalty, and growth opportunities.
  • Increase market share and ARR by acquiring new customers, expanding accounts through upsell/cross-sell, and closing deals.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans using cross-functional resources to unlock revenue.
  • Manage sales pipeline, deliver accurate forecasts, and meet/exceed targets.
  • Strengthen market presence by networking with decision-makers and industry stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation for all sales activities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in enterprise technology or complex solution sales for large accounts
  • Solid understanding of SaaS business model
  • Proven success in acquiring new customers and expanding enterprise accounts
  • Experience navigating complex enterprise organizations and demonstrating software
  • Strong business acumen, executive presence, negotiation skills, and quota achievement
  • Strong Dutch and English communication skills, written and spoken

  • Knowledge of audit, finance, or accounting
