What you will do

  • Lead high-value and complex enterprise accounts using an executive-level approach to build deep stakeholder relationships.
  • Design and deliver long-term account strategies focused on expansion, retention, and strategic alignment.
  • Identify and close significant upsell opportunities through commercial and consultative work.
  • Enable and mentor other Key Account Managers through onboarding, peer reviews, and skills development.
  • Act as the voice of the customer across Product, Sales, and CX teams to align internal development with client needs.
  • Own forecasting and portfolio reporting for leadership to ensure clarity on growth and risks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar Key Account Management role.
  • Must be based in London, United Kingdom.
  • Executive-level communication and strong interpersonal skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot and ability to analyze customer data.
  • Strategic and creative thinking to align customer objectives with business goals.
  • Ability to handle high-stakes challenges and escalations with maturity.
