What you will do
- Lead high-value and complex enterprise accounts using an executive-level approach to build deep stakeholder relationships.
- Design and deliver long-term account strategies focused on expansion, retention, and strategic alignment.
- Identify and close significant upsell opportunities through commercial and consultative work.
- Enable and mentor other Key Account Managers through onboarding, peer reviews, and skills development.
- Act as the voice of the customer across Product, Sales, and CX teams to align internal development with client needs.
- Own forecasting and portfolio reporting for leadership to ensure clarity on growth and risks.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar Key Account Management role.
- Must be based in London, United Kingdom.
- Executive-level communication and strong interpersonal skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot and ability to analyze customer data.
- Strategic and creative thinking to align customer objectives with business goals.
- Ability to handle high-stakes challenges and escalations with maturity.
