Salary: $330,000–$375,000

What you will do

• Accurately forecast and deliver revenue commitments for the assigned territory.
• Manage and coach Territory Account Managers, including recruitment and performance appraisals.
• Drive net new business and expand existing customer relationships.
• Lead the development of customer-specific value propositions.
• Build and maintain a network of key economic buyers and partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Product Management.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the United States
• BS technical degree or equivalent
• 7+ years of above-quota sales experience
• 3+ years of Sales Management experience, preferably within the East region
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain a winning sales culture
• Ability to travel approximately 30–40% within the assigned territory
