Salary: USD 340,000–380,000

What you will do
- Own and grow a strategic Federal territory with accountability for pipeline creation and revenue attainment.
- Define and execute the Federal growth strategy across civilian, defense, and intelligence sectors.
- Drive complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement through close.
- Mentor and develop future Federal Account Executives in a player-coach capacity.
- Navigate Federal acquisition paths including GWACs, BPA vehicles, and GSA schedules.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Channel, and Product teams to align technical outcomes with mission priorities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of successful enterprise technology sales experience within the U.S. Federal market.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing complex enterprise or Federal deals.
- Experience selling cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure, observability, or SaaS solutions.
- Deep understanding of Federal buying motions and procurement processes.
- Existing relationships across Federal agencies and systems integrators.
- Must be eligible to work in the USA (E-Verify participant).
Nice to have
- Experience selling Zero Trust solutions or network observability platforms.
- Background in hybrid cloud networking or infrastructure automation.
- Experience working with agencies focused on defense operations or cloud transformation.
