What you will do

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for a remote workforce using MacBooks.
• Manage user accounts and access across Google Workspace, Office 365, Zoom, Atlassian, and GitHub.
• Administer device security and compliance via Kandji MDM and Bitdefender.
• Support audits for ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, and PCI DSS compliance.
• Assist in responding to security questionnaires for sales enablement.
• Identify opportunities for automating manual IT tasks and improving operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration in a Mac-only environment.
• Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Office 365, Atlassian, and MDM solutions like Kandji.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
