Requirements

• Proven experience leading project management, customer implementation, or delivery teams in a professional services organization.
• 1+ years of experience supporting teams and customers working with Verafin solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration and navigating customer escalations.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple competing priorities.
