Salary: $60,000 - $90,000

What you will do
- Support coordination and delivery of multiple development and construction projects.
- Attend client meetings, determine requirements, and prepare proposals, budgets, schedules, and documentation.
- Manage project communications, meeting minutes, reporting, and organization charts.
- Monitor progress, schedules, budgets, quality, invoices, and expenditures.
- Communicate updates, risks, and issues to clients and stakeholders; review inspection reports and handle warranty follow-ups.
- Maintain compliance, contribute process improvements, and build relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and teams.
Requirements
- Location: Must be in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada
- Experience supporting project management, construction, development, or related projects.
- Strong organizational, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate stakeholders, and pay attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Client-focused mindset and collaborative team skills; knowledge of project management or real estate processes as asset.
