What you will do

• Lead the planning, preparation, and execution of select naval newbuild projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers across all project-related topics.
• Manage delivery schedules, monitor costs, and oversee resource planning.
• Handle change order management and maintain ERP contract structures.
• Coordinate product classification and host program status review meetings with customers.
• Provide technical support for bids and proposals as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferred).
• At least 5 years of progressive project management experience.
• Canadian citizenship is required by law.
• Experience working with government contracts and technical specifications.
• Outstanding English communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Financial experience.
