TL;DR

Project Manager (Public Safety): Leading the planning and delivery of complex software implementation projects for public safety agencies with an accent on scope, schedule, and risk management. Focus on coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful go-live and stabilization for enterprise-scale SaaS solutions.

Location: Remote within Canada (Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and obtain a Reliability security clearance)

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets for complex SaaS implementation engagements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Implementation, Data Migration, and Deployment Specialists.
  • Manage project scope and change control to resolve deviations with technical and client stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining action logs and escalation paths.
  • Facilitate status meetings and governance forums for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Manage project financials, including budget tracking and revenue recognition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, IT, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience managing complex software implementation projects, preferably in SaaS.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Government of Canada Reliability security clearance.
  • Ability to travel to client sites as required.
