Implementation Specialist III

TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. This role requires the ability to travel to client sites as needed.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation of software products, including scoping, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Assess client business requirements to develop tailored system configurations and delivery strategies.
• Define and manage implementation plans to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Facilitate client meetings and training sessions, communicating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members on delivery practices and client engagement.
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Must successfully obtain and maintain a Reliability security clearance from the Government of Canada.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in software implementation or a related technical client-facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects independently and lead client engagements.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to have

• Background in public safety, government technology, or enterprise SaaS environments.
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification.
