Partner Development Manager - Agencies (Agency Partnerships): Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding top-tier marketing agencies into the hirify.global Partner Program with an accent on consultative outreach, partner pipeline management, and driving new merchant acquisition through agency relationships. Focus on building a strong agency partner pipeline, converting qualified agencies into program partners, and coordinating onboarding handoffs across partnerships, marketing, and sales.

What you will do

  • Recruit new agency partners globally by prospecting and building relationships with agency founders, marketing leaders, and consultants.
  • Run the agency recruitment pipeline by maintaining outreach activity and partner pipeline in HubSpot and tracking recruitment metrics.
  • Drive partner onboarding by guiding agencies through the onboarding process and introducing enablement resources and tools.
  • Coordinate internal handoffs to the Agency Onboarding or Partner Engagement Manager to ensure smooth partner activation.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, business development, or channel sales.
  • Experience working with agencies, SaaS platforms, or the ecommerce ecosystem.
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills and ability to build relationships with agency founders and leaders.
  • Experience managing pipelines and hitting growth targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with a hunter mindset, relentless but professional.
