TL;DR

hirify.global is building an AI-native platform called Computer that unifies data sources and workflows to enable seamless human-AI collaboration for global companies.

What you will do

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value channel partners, including VARs, resellers, and SIs.
  • Develop joint business and channel plans with clear revenue targets, pipeline commitments, and milestones.
  • Define partner KPIs and track pipeline contribution, revenue attainment, and deal velocity.
  • Collaborate with the product team to co-create integrated solutions and use cases that accelerate customer adoption.
  • Deliver ongoing training and enablement programs to deepen partner expertise and independence.
  • Coordinate with the direct sales organization to maximize co-sell impact and avoid channel conflict.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or alliances, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of acquiring partners and scaling relationships into measurable revenue.
  • Experience building joint business plans and managing outcome-based metrics.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS go-to-market landscape and partner ecosystem.
  • Must be based in or willing to work from New York, New Jersey, or Texas.

Nice to have

  • Experience co-developing joint solutions or integrations with channel partners.
  • Background in CRM, customer support, or DevOps tooling.
  • Existing relationships with SIs or resellers in the mid-market or enterprise space.
