Location: New York, New York, USA (Hybrid work format)
Salary: $74,000 - $90,000 base wage, with On-Target Earnings of $113,000 - $138,000 including incentives

What you will do
- Source and identify new partnership prospects across key segments including brokers, accountants, HR consultants, PE/VC groups, technology partners, and alliances.
- Conduct market research to align partner targets with company strategy and value proposition.
- Execute outbound prospecting workflows via email, phone, social outreach, and multi-touch campaigns.
- Qualify partner prospects by understanding their business model and alignment with offerings.
- Maintain accurate tracking and data within Salesforce and related tools.
- Schedule meetings between qualified partners and internal teams, collaborating with Marketing on campaigns and messaging.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years experience in Sales Development, Outbound SDR/SDO, Business Development, or Partner/Channel sourcing.
- Strong outbound prospecting and lead generation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or technology environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with brokers, accountants, HR consultants, or technology partners.
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools like Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo.
- Basic understanding of co-selling workflows or partner qualification models.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, HR tech, benefits, or financial services ecosystems.
