What you will do

• Manage and optimize logistics processes across storage, transportation, and shipping.
• Collaborate with external Freight Forwarders and third-party logistics service providers.
• Track SLA performance, delivery times, and operational KPI reports.
• Build automation workflows using Smartsheet, Make, Zapier, and Power Automate.
• Integrate systems including ERP, WMS, and CRM.
• Design and deploy AI Agents/Bots to support operational logistics processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• Experience working with external Freight Forwarders and suppliers.
• Basic to intermediate SQL proficiency.
• Experience building AI Bots/Agents and understanding of Prompt Engineering principles.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet and workflow automation tools.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.

Nice to have

• Basic Python knowledge.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS/TMS systems.
• Experience in eCommerce, retail, or distribution environments.
