What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end value chain, including demand planning, procurement, and global logistics.
• Analyze inventory levels and forecasts to optimize the flow of goods and information.
• Oversee purchase orders to ensure timely procurement of materials and components.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Procurement, Production, Logistics, and Sales.
• Monitor KPIs and develop strategies to mitigate supply chain risks and geopolitical disruptions.
• Implement digital tools and process improvements, specifically leveraging ERP systems.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field.
• At least three years of professional experience in SCM, Procurement, or Materials Management.
• Experience in developing sourcing strategies and strong negotiation skills.
• Technical understanding of maritime and robotic systems.
• Fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken).
• Experience working with ERP systems (familiarity with NetSuite is a plus).
