Senior Account Manager (Food & Beverage): Managing and growing a high-value portfolio of F&B manufacturing clients across New South Wales with an accent on technical sales, chemical solution implementation, and relationship management. Location: Sydney, Australia (Must be based in or able to work in New South Wales with full Australian working rights).

What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts, ensuring high service levels.
  • Conduct site visits for chemical dosing checks, equipment calibration, and troubleshooting.
  • Deliver product and safety training to customer teams.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce new products, technologies, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Develop commercial proposals and drive growth within existing and new accounts.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in account management, technical sales, or business development.
  • Degree or diploma in a scientific or technical discipline (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering).
  • Full Australian working rights and a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder influencing skills.
  • Sound mechanical aptitude to communicate technical solutions effectively.
