What you will do
- Manage relationships with key customers and oversee distributor performance in Australia and New Zealand.
- Drive business growth by expanding share of wallet through tenders and bidding processes.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and manage CRM pipelines in collaboration with business development teams.
- Handle contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and overdue management.
- Proactively identify and mitigate churn risks to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Customer Service, Business Development, and Global Business Services.
Requirements
- Degree in Science, Pharmaceuticals, Engineering, or Management.
- 7–10 years of experience in commercial or sales management roles.
- Proven track record in sales achievement and business acumen.
- Strong collaboration, adaptability, and resilience skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model based in Melbourne.
