What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound supply chain management with suppliers and internal customers.
• Monitor and assure materials availability for factories and field operations by tracking performance indicators.
• Translate supplier trends into concrete actions such as supply investigations and replenishment strategy optimization.
• Participate in supplier improvement projects and drive operational excellence plans.
• Coach and train suppliers on hirify.global systems, processes, and tools.
• Apply LEAN methodologies to improve department-level processes and solve complex problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Proven experience in planning, inbound supply chain processes, and quality in a high-tech, low-volume environment.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Ability to influence and steer stakeholders without formal authority.
• Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills.
