Compensation: $70,000 – $120,000

What you will do

• Forecast production volume and generate procurement plans for strategic suppliers.
• Negotiate terms and schedule blanket purchases aligned with production cycles.
• Monitor and mitigate risks related to inventory and supply chain health.
• Coordinate receiving processes across supplier and production facilities, including international shipments.
• Manage IQC and putaway processes using ERP and quality assurance tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain management and production planning for hardware products.
• Fluency in Mandarin (written/spoken) for direct supplier communication.
• Demonstrated experience with modern ERP, order tracking, and inventory management software.
• Experience handling import/export shipments and customs declarations for sensitive components.
• Proficiency in hardware BOM management, NPI, and revision control.

• Engineering background (mechanical, electrical, or industrial).
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced, resource-constrained environment.
• Experience in assembly line management or overseas sourcing operations.
