What you will do

• Supervise shipping, receiving, production control, and outbound logistics teams across two facilities.
• Manage the end-to-end inbound process, ensuring timely unloading and systematic receiving of direct materials.
• Coordinate replenishment activities to meet priority requests and maintain inventory flow.
• Lead training for new hires and manage administrative personnel functions, including time cards and time-off requests.
• Develop quarterly cycle count plans and perform adjustment analysis in coordination with the finance team.
• Oversee indirect material requests for engineering and T&D teams and manage warehouse equipment inventory.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of experience in production or manufacturing, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency with ERP, WMS, and TMS platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) and advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Sturgis, MI.
• Physical ability to lift heavy components and stand for extended periods.
