What you will do
- Drive new logo acquisition and customer expansion to accelerate revenue growth.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline (3X+ of plan) to exceed quarterly and annual quotas.
- Lead multi-threaded engagements with key stakeholders to maximize deal success and strengthen client relationships.
- Uncover business needs and align solutions to build credibility and influence buying decisions.
- Manage account and opportunity forecasting within Salesforce to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and executive leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of quota-carrying software or technology sales experience closing complex cycles.
- Consistent track record of over-achieving quotas (top 10-20% of company).
- Experience closing transactions with an ACV greater than $150k to line of business executives.
- Must be based in the United States.
- English proficiency: Advanced+ (C1).
