Enterprise Account Executive (SaaS): Managing full-cycle sales and expanding market share within large enterprise accounts (G2K) with an accent on pipeline development and strategic relationship management. Focus on closing net new business, negotiating complex contracts, and aligning IT operational solutions to client challenges.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Germany)

What you will do

  • Qualify prospective accounts and maintain a robust pipeline to achieve sales targets.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, conducting discovery calls, presentations, and product demos.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Identify key decision-makers and procurement processes within G2K prospects.
  • Collaborate with channel partners, marketing, and SDRs for territory planning.
  • Accurately forecast opportunities using Salesforce to meet or exceed quotas.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with full sales cycle responsibility.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
  • No Visa sponsorship available.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience selling IT Operations software or similar technical solutions.
