What you will do

• Define and execute strategic engagement plans for external technology vendors.
• Lead technical due diligence, evaluating codebase quality, security, and architectural integrity.
• Conduct deep-dive assessments of vendor systems to ensure performance and scalability requirements are met.
• Define and monitor rigorous Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Negotiate complex technical Statements of Work (SOWs) and align technical requirements with commercial agreements.
• Manage the full vendor relationship lifecycle from initial evaluation to contract renewal or offboarding.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or technical product management.
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in conducting technical due diligence for large-scale integrations.
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exceptional ability to negotiate complex technical contracts with global providers.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to executive leadership and cross-functional partners.
