Salary: $150,000 – $165,000 yearly

What you will do

• Provide expert guidance on US payment regulations including credit, debit, ACH, BNPL, and Crypto Currencies.
• Interpret PCI DSS, KYC, AML, and other regulatory frameworks to develop client compliance strategies.
• Support clients in new product strategy, product roadmaps, and the creation of product pipelines.
• Manage multiple consulting engagements, ensuring on-time and high-quality deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams and contribute to business development through proposals and thought leadership.
• Utilize the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to optimize client delivery and project management.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in a payments-related organization (Issuer, Acquirer, or FinTech).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of US payment regulations and protocols, including APIs and security standards.
• Experience leading product implementations and developing user stories.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior executives.
• Must be based in or able to work from Charlotte, NC.

Nice to have

• MBA or Master's degree in Payments or a Financial field.
• Prior experience as a Product Manager within Financial Services.
• Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Rally.
