What you will do

• Lead and execute complex equity data projects including M&A actions, stock splits, and award cancellations.
• Perform comprehensive data validation and reconciliation across multiple systems.
• Design and improve workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Develop automation templates and tools using VBA, SQL, and Python.
• Provide subject matter expertise to clients on equity plan compliance and controls.
• Collaborate with product teams to identify opportunities for product enhancements and AI-driven innovations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in equity compensation project management or plan administration.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formula development and data analysis.
• Strong working knowledge of VBA, SQL, and Python for automation.
• Expertise with equity compensation platforms like Certent, E*TRADE, or Shareworks.
• Deep understanding of equity frameworks including ISOs, RSUs, ASC 718, and IFRS 2.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lean methodology or continuous process improvement.
• Background in project management or vendor relationship management.
