TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in New York (office attendance required two days a week)

Salary: $108,560 - $162,840 USD

What you will do

  • Create external-facing materials, including operating model presentations, sales narratives, and value propositions for executive meetings and RFPs.
  • Act as a strategic advisor during live client engagements to align hirify.global’s solutions with client requirements.
  • Translate complex technology and operational workflows into clear messaging for various buyer personas.
  • Develop scalable frameworks, templates, and playbooks to standardize commercial content across the region.
  • Mentor and coach team members on storytelling, presentation skills, and content structure.
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineering, Product, Professional Services, and Finance teams to ensure technical accuracy of messaging.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in management consulting with experience in investment and operations operating model design.
  • Deep understanding of the asset management industry and investment management technology landscape.
  • Strong knowledge of institutional operating models across front, middle, and back office.
  • Experience with the RFP and provider selection process for enterprise front-to-back technology.
  • Ability to synthesize complexity and create client-ready materials for executive stakeholders.
  • Must be based in New York City to support the hybrid work model.
