What you will do

• Own ambiguous, high-priority problems end-to-end across the organization.
• Design and execute cross-functional initiatives spanning Product, GTM, Finance, and Operations.
• Coordinate go-live readiness for new product releases by aligning Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Build durable systems, playbooks, and automation to replace one-off manual processes.
• Manage phased launch cohorts for betas and pilots while running post-launch retrospectives.
• Partner with customer-facing teams to design targeted adoption programs for key product areas.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in high-growth startups, B2B SaaS, AI, consulting, investment banking, or PE/VC.
• Preference for 2+ years of experience in a product-driven operating role.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs through influence.
• Exceptional systems thinking and organizational instincts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in New York City and able to work on-site 5 days a week.
