What you will do

• Design and implement comprehensive change management plans to support client initiatives.
• Identify stakeholder needs and conduct impact analyses to recommend engagement strategies.
• Coordinate with communication teams to develop and execute timely and effective stakeholder updates.
• Provide guidance and coaching to managers to empower them to drive successful change adoption.
• Monitor, assess, and report on the effectiveness of change management activities and frameworks.
• Proactively identify and address potential risks and resistance related to change efforts.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of proven success managing change in complex environments.
• Ability to lead and influence across an organization without direct authority.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies.
• Exceptional written and presentation communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in downtown Chicago.

Nice to have

• Prosci Change Management Certification or similar credential.
• Experience supporting Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
• Prior experience working with financial institutions.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow PPM or similar project portfolio management tools.
