CX Account Manager (SaaS)

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Salary: €27,000–€38,400 annual OTE (fixed plus variable)

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of customers as the primary point of contact and trusted business partner.
• Lead customer onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing customer success activities.
• Understand customer goals and processes to maximize long-term value.
• Identify upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion opportunities.
• Drive retention and renewal strategies while monitoring customer health and addressing risks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Marketing, maintaining account records and sharing customer feedback.

Requirements

• Native or professional Italian and professional English.
• 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or another client-facing role.
• Experience driving retention, renewals, account growth, upselling, or cross-selling.
• Strong relationship-building, stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Customer-centric problem-solving skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
