TL;DR

Regional Sales Director (Midwest): Deliver annual revenue growth through sales of TPA and health solutions in the self-funded market with an accent on broker/consultant relationships and territory management. Focus on developing strategic plans, closing complex multi-stakeholder deals, and providing revenue insights to leadership.

Location: Remote, United States; candidate must live in the Midwest (IL, WI, MN, IA, MO, KS, NE, ND, SD) with Kansas City and Chicago preferred

Salary: $140,000–$180,000 base + target bonus

What you will do

  • Work with brokers/consultants and employer prospects to initiate, manage, and close sales of self-funded solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve and exceed sales goals in assigned Midwest markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal/external partners including brokers and consultants.
  • Provide pipeline data, forecasts, and revenue insights to leadership.
  • Educate prospects on hirify.global's TPA model and track record of cost savings and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with account management for implementations and ongoing customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years in employee benefit commercial sales and design
  • Track record in consultative sales of complex healthcare services to multi-stakeholder groups
  • Deep knowledge of employee benefits, self-funded groups, TPAs, and broker dynamics with active brokerage relationships
  • Fluent in self-funded and stop-loss models with intermediate PBM understanding
  • Must live in the Midwest US
