Salary: $140,000–$180,000

What you will do
- Deliver annual revenue growth through sales of TPA and health solution services.
- Manage and close sales of self-funded solutions by working directly with broker/consultant advisors.
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to maximize revenue in assigned Midwest markets.
- Cultivate productive relationships with internal and external business partners, including brokers and consultants.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasts, and reporting for commercial leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve products and ensure optimal customer implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 10+ years of experience in employee benefit commercial sales and design.
- Proven track record in consultative sales of complex healthcare services.
- Deep knowledge of self-funded employer groups, TPAs, and broker dynamics.
- Active and productive relationships within the brokerage community.
- Fluency in self-funded and stop-loss models with understanding of the PBM landscape.
