What you will do
- Develop and execute advanced sales strategies to grow pipeline and close new business within assigned provider territories.
- Lead complex contract negotiations and build strategic partnerships at multiple levels within client organizations.
- Analyze market intelligence to anticipate trends and translate them into effective sales tactics.
- Collaborate with account management teams to ensure high client satisfaction, growth, and retention.
- Manage sales metrics, pipelines, and CRM tools to effectively track and report business performance.
- Represent the company at tradeshows and industry events to drive demand and engagement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of direct sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals in hospital organizations.
- US-based residency and ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
- Experience with enterprise software solutions and complex organizational structures.
- Strong knowledge of hospital revenue cycle and managed care/case management.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Ability to manage RFP/RFI responses and follow-up processes.
