Senior Product Manager - US Payments (Fintech)

Location: 100% remote for candidates based in Ontario, Canada, or Connecticut, Florida, New Jersey, New York, and North Carolina, US. Occasional travel is expected for team and customer meetings, primarily to New York, with occasional travel to the UK.

What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for US payment products.
• Build and scale Wire and ACH capabilities while supporting RTP and FedNow products.
• Lead products through discovery, delivery, launch, commercialisation, and ongoing optimisation.
• Partner with Engineering and Business Analysis to deliver scalable, high-quality payment products.
• Work with banks and financial institutions to identify customer challenges and translate them into product capabilities.
• Support pricing, positioning, go-to-market initiatives, customer engagements, and strategic sales opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of the US account-to-account payments landscape, especially Wire, ACH, and ideally RTP and FedNow.
• Experience building products for banks or financial institutions within a bank or technology provider.
• Experience taking products from concept through launch and live operation.
• Commercial experience covering pricing, go-to-market strategy, and customer engagement.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
