Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for US payment products.
• Lead new payment capabilities from discovery through launch and commercialization.
• Partner with Engineering and Business Analysis to deliver scalable, high-quality products.
• Build relationships with financial institutions to translate customer challenges into product features.
• Support go-to-market initiatives, pricing, and competitive positioning.
• Ensure products remain compliant with evolving regulatory and scheme requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of the US account-to-account payments landscape (Wire, ACH, RTP, FedNow).
• Experience building products for banks or financial institutions.
• Proven ability to take products from concept through launch and into live operation.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience in pricing and go-to-market strategy.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building API-first and cloud-native products.
• Background in a high-growth startup or scaleup environment.
