What you will do

• Manage an established book of business while actively pursuing new accounts.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
• Lead client consultations to recommend technology solutions including software, managed IT, and cybersecurity.
• Nurture long-term partnerships through consistent follow-up and service.
• Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts in CRM tools.
• Meet and exceed monthly quotas and performance benchmarks.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in sales or business development.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-management abilities.
• Driven, self-starting mindset with a competitive desire to hit targets.
• Capable of working autonomously and within a team.
• Resilient and adaptable in a high-tempo, results-focused setting.
• Current driver's license and dependable personal transportation required.
