TL;DR

Customer Success Manager, Channel (SaaS): Managing and growing revenue through the hirify.global reseller program with an accent on partner marketing, retention, and conflict resolution. Focus on driving Net Dollar Retention through cross-sell/upsell activities and optimizing channel partner growth.

Location: Hybrid in Austin, Texas. This position is NOT eligible for visa sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Maintain and grow relationships with channel partners and customers.
  • Drive Net Dollar Retention through cross-sell and upsell activities.
  • Manage customer communications and employ conflict resolution strategies.
  • Negotiate and close contracts to achieve profitability and retention objectives.
  • Analyze marketing trends to identify and secure new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with CAMs and the channel team to support larger strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience working with Channel Partners, Value Added Resellers (VARs), Distributors, or Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
  • Deep understanding of the reseller channel and partner growth enablement.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain a strong network of partners.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset with proven problem-solving capabilities.
  • Must be based in Austin, Texas (Hybrid) and must not require visa sponsorship.
