Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year

What you will do
- Deliver regional channel revenue and pipeline targets through existing and new partners.
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop high-potential partners, specifically expanding presence across VARs.
- Build and execute joint business plans and go-to-market initiatives with strategic partners.
- Collaborate with direct sales teams from opportunity creation through deal closure.
- Conduct regular business reviews and growth planning sessions with partner organizations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of channel sales, alliance management, or indirect sales experience within enterprise software.
- Must be located in the Southeast US.
- Demonstrated success in achieving revenue and pipeline growth targets.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and partner-led selling models.
- Proven ability to build executive-level relationships and influence outcomes.
