What you will do

• Own frontend development standards and lead collaboration across teams to ensure secure, reliable, and high-quality web platform code.
• Build and evolve the Corporate Hub web platform for centralized ordering performance and replenishment control.
• Partner with Product, Design, Account Management, Support, and Operations teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Contribute to the vision and development of the next-generation Ordering product and supporting systems.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering technical growth and conducting code reviews.

Requirements

• Must reside in one of the following US states: AL, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, KY, MA, MI, MT, MO, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OR, PA, TX, WA, UT, VA, WI.
• 6+ years software development experience with 4+ years building complex, scalable React frontends.
• Strong mastery of React ecosystem, TypeScript, GraphQL, UI component libraries, and design systems.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives independently through full development lifecycle.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery cycles and understanding of backend systems and API design.
• Desire to mentor junior engineers and actively participate in agile team processes.
