Salary: $170,000–$230,000/year + bonus + equity

What you will do

• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of large-scale frontend applications across web and mobile.
• Build and evolve high-performance React and React Native applications.
• Define and enforce frontend best practices, including performance optimization and accessibility.
• Develop shared component libraries, design systems, and frontend infrastructure.
• Partner with product, design, and backend teams to deliver cohesive, user-centered features.
• Mentor junior engineers and influence technical direction across product areas.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on frontend development.
• Must be based in the USA (no visa sponsorship available).
• Deep expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
• Experience architecting and scaling complex frontend systems.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization, state management, and API interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• Experience with mobile development (React Native).
• Familiarity with Claude/Cursor tools for streamlining development.
