What you will do

• Manage financial records for real estate properties using AppFolio and Realpage.
• Process vendor invoices and tenant billing while ensuring timely collections.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, and variance reports.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and property ledgers.
• Support year-end financial audits and prepare necessary documentation.
• Coordinate with property managers to ensure accurate financial oversight.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Accountant.
• Hands-on experience with AppFolio and Realpage.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate accounting principles and practices.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial reporting.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
