What you will do
- Act as the strategic account lead for a portfolio of enterprise reseller partners.
- Own and deliver joint business plans alied with growth objectives.
- Drive revenue performance by building high-quality, scalable partner pipelines.
- Identify and develop new growth opportunities across key industries and solutions.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite audiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK and comfortable with regular travel.
- Proven experience in channel account management, ideally within the IT or UC industry.
- Track record of managing and growing relationships with enterprise IT resellers.
- Strong commercial awareness, including pricing, margins, and deal structuring.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on execution levels.
- Data-driven approach to pipeline governance and business reviews.
Nice to have
- Experience with alliance partner ecosystems such as Microsoft, Zoom, or Google.
- Background in running partner campais, focus days, or enablement programmes.
- Familiarity with MDF management and joint go-to-market planning.
