Sr Director, Channels (SaaS/Enterprise Infrastructure): Leading the strategy, development, and execution of channel sales initiatives in the UK&I region to drive revenue growth with an accent on building and scaling a high-performing partner ecosystem. Focus on optimizing indirect sales models, aligning regional execution with global go-to-market strategies, and managing executive-level partner relationships.

What you will do

  • Define and execute the UK channel sales strategy aligned with regional and global objectives.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage strategic partners, distributors, resellers, and system integrators.
  • Build and mentor a team of Partner Sales Managers, overseeing their development and performance.
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure partner success and revenue contribution.
  • Develop joint business plans and foster long-term executive relationships with top-tier partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to support partner-led initiatives.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or partner management.
  • At least 7 years of proven leadership experience.
  • Track record of building and scaling channel ecosystems across the UK&I region.
  • Deep understanding of indirect sales models, partner economics, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience in technology, SaaS, or enterprise solutions industries.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid environment in Windsor, UK.
