TL;DR

Manager, Business Development Partnerships (AI): Leading the EMEA solution partner ecosystem and driving revenue through strategic alliances with system integrators and consultancies. Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid: 3 days per week in office required).

What you will do

  • Own and scale the EMEA solution partner ecosystem, including strategy, segmentation, and prioritization across UKI, DACH, France, Benelux, and the Nordics.
  • Manage and develop a team of partner managers, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Personally manage a book of business, recruiting and onboarding partners to drive partner-sourced and partner-assisted revenue.
  • Execute joint go-to-market programs with SIs, consultancies, VARs, and AI specialists.
  • Align partner activities with the EMEA sales team to facilitate account mapping and co-sell opportunities.
  • Serve as the internal voice of the partner, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in channel or partner management within the EMEA region.
  • Proven people management experience with a track record of coaching and developing direct reports.
  • Ability to balance individual contributor responsibilities with team leadership.
  • Deep understanding of the EMEA partner landscape and diverse GTM motions.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Must be able to work from the London office at least three days per week.
