What you will do
- Own and scale the EMEA solution partner ecosystem, including strategy, segmentation, and prioritization across UKI, DACH, France, Benelux, and the Nordics.
- Manage and develop a team of partner managers, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Personally manage a book of business, recruiting and onboarding partners to drive partner-sourced and partner-assisted revenue.
- Execute joint go-to-market programs with SIs, consultancies, VARs, and AI specialists.
- Align partner activities with the EMEA sales team to facilitate account mapping and co-sell opportunities.
- Serve as the internal voice of the partner, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in channel or partner management within the EMEA region.
- Proven people management experience with a track record of coaching and developing direct reports.
- Ability to balance individual contributor responsibilities with team leadership.
- Deep understanding of the EMEA partner landscape and diverse GTM motions.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Must be able to work from the London office at least three days per week.
