What you will do

• Evaluate global markets and develop market entry strategies for Southern Europe, Northern Africa, and Brazil.
• Identify, assess, and contract distribution partners aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Lead distributor onboarding, including product training, sales enablement, and marketing support.
• Manage ongoing distributor relationships and serve as primary contact for inquiries.
• Set sales targets, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Regulatory, Marketing, and Product teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK and able to work remotely.
• 5+ years of experience in international sales, channel management, or business development in Life Sciences or medical device industry.
• Proven success managing distributor relationships across diverse geographies.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience with international contracting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently across multiple time zones.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 50%.
