TL;DR

Director, Large Enterprise Sales (SaaS): Leading and scaling a high-performing team of front-line managers and account executives to drive revenue growth within the large enterprise segment with an accent on consultative sales, complex deal navigation, and strategic account expansion. Focus on building high-performing sales culture, optimizing enterprise playbooks, and leveraging AI to streamline sales operations and improve forecasting accuracy.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Hybrid role with up to 10% travel required).

What you will do

  • Hire, coach, and lead a team of front-line managers and account executives targeting $500M+ revenue accounts.
  • Partner with account executives on complex negotiations, RFP processes, and security assessments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to refine upmarket growth strategies.
  • Deliver high-level presentations to C-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce hygiene and provide strategic forecasting to senior leadership.
  • Apply AI tools to streamline workflows and improve team productivity.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of sales management experience with at least 3+ years in enterprise or named account teams.
  • 2+ years of experience leading front-line sales managers.
  • Proven track record of landing and expanding large enterprise accounts in a hyper-growth SaaS environment.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS economics and sales methodologies like MEDDICC.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
