Location: Must be based in the United States (Hybrid role with up to 10% travel required).

What you will do
- Hire, coach, and lead a team of front-line managers and account executives targeting $500M+ revenue accounts.
- Partner with account executives on complex negotiations, RFP processes, and security assessments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to refine upmarket growth strategies.
- Deliver high-level presentations to C-level executives and key stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce hygiene and provide strategic forecasting to senior leadership.
- Apply AI tools to streamline workflows and improve team productivity.
Requirements
- 6+ years of sales management experience with at least 3+ years in enterprise or named account teams.
- 2+ years of experience leading front-line sales managers.
- Proven track record of landing and expanding large enterprise accounts in a hyper-growth SaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of SaaS economics and sales methodologies like MEDDICC.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
