Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Foster City, CA (Hybrid: Mon/Wed/Fri in-office)
Compensation: $400,000 OTE

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop GTM Executives through pipeline reviews and deal strategy sessions.
- Shape the enterprise sales playbook, including ICP definition and discovery frameworks.
- Own the full sales cycle on strategic deals to model high-performance standards.
- Forecast pipeline health, conversion metrics, and deal velocity for executive leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events and engage with high-value prospects.
Requirements
- 7+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with 3+ years managing quota-carrying AE teams.
- Proven track record of closing enterprise deals ($100K+ ACV) and exceeding team quotas.
- Experience selling developer tools, infrastructure, or technical platforms.
- Data-driven operator proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Strong communication skills for both board-level business cases and technical demos.
Nice to have
- Experience at a PLG-driven company like Figma, Notion, or Vercel.
- Familiarity with AI coding tools, cloud IDEs, or developer workflow products.
- Existing network among VPEs, CTOs, or IT procurement leaders.
- Experience as a founding or early sales hire building processes from scratch.
