TL;DR

Director of Sales (SaaS): Leading the enterprise sales motion and revenue engine for an agentic software creation platform with an accent on product-led growth and high-value contract acquisition. Focus on coaching GTM teams, shaping enterprise playbooks, and driving strategic deals to scale revenue.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Foster City, CA (Hybrid: Mon/Wed/Fri in-office)

Compensation: $400,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop GTM Executives through pipeline reviews and deal strategy sessions.
  • Shape the enterprise sales playbook, including ICP definition and discovery frameworks.
  • Own the full sales cycle on strategic deals to model high-performance standards.
  • Forecast pipeline health, conversion metrics, and deal velocity for executive leadership.
  • Represent the company at industry events and engage with high-value prospects.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with 3+ years managing quota-carrying AE teams.
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise deals ($100K+ ACV) and exceeding team quotas.
  • Experience selling developer tools, infrastructure, or technical platforms.
  • Data-driven operator proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Strong communication skills for both board-level business cases and technical demos.

Nice to have

  • Experience at a PLG-driven company like Figma, Notion, or Vercel.
  • Familiarity with AI coding tools, cloud IDEs, or developer workflow products.
  • Existing network among VPEs, CTOs, or IT procurement leaders.
  • Experience as a founding or early sales hire building processes from scratch.
