Salary: €72,030 – €130,300

What you will do

• Analyze, debug, and optimize GPU compute software solutions using Vulkan.
• Develop prototypes and performance experiments to leverage hirify.global GPU capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams and external ISVs to resolve platform and driver issues.
• Perform workload characterization, profiling, and benchmarking across Windows, Linux, and ChromeOS.
• Provide technical consultation and training to ecosystem partners.
• Contribute technical feedback to architecture teams to influence future technology roadmaps.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Expert experience with Vulkan API and low-level GPU programming.
• Advanced proficiency in modern C and C++.
• Solid understanding of CPU and GPU architecture.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries.

Nice to have

• Experience with heterogeneous programming models like SYCL, OpenCL, or CUDA.
• Familiarity with AI/ML acceleration and media processing workflows.
• Experience with hirify.global performance tools such as VTune or oneAPI.
• Knowledge of shader programming and compiler toolchains.
