C/C++ Senior Developer (Enterprise Storage)

Location: Herzliya, Israel; onsite

What you will do

• Lead and own large, multidisciplinary product features and changes.
• Design and develop high-performance, multithreaded, clustered, mission-critical server-side products.
• Integrate and monitor hardware components and collaborate with vendors on current products and new product generations.
• Enhance the customized Linux operating system and drivers supporting the platform.
• Design and develop internal and external product communication interfaces.
• Mentor developers on software design, implementation, and debugging of difficult issues.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of hands-on coding experience with C, Python, and C++ on Linux.
• At least a BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Proficiency in at least two of C, Python, or C++.
• Proficiency in FC protocol.
• Proficiency in the Linux kernel and drivers is mandatory.
• Motivation, confidence, ability to learn quickly, and collaborative teamwork.
• Commitment to continuous learning and gaining expertise in new domains and technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience designing and planning large-scale software features.
• Previous server-side development experience.
• Experience optimizing software for high-performance environments.
• Experience developing enterprise-class software solutions.
