What you will do

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for real estate properties.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, tenant payments, and vendor invoices within AppFolio.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for property portfolios.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow across multiple properties.
• Generate owner statements and financial reports directly from AppFolio.
• Collaborate with property managers and vendors to resolve financial discrepancies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience in real estate.
• Proven proficiency in AppFolio property management software.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and real estate accounting practices.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and financial modeling.
