What you will do
- Enter and update product, customer, and order data into company systems.
- Process purchase orders, ensuring precision in pricing, product details, and delivery schedules.
- Track order status and coordinate closely with warehouse and logistics teams.
- Audit data for inconsistencies and generate reports and charts for department heads.
- Manage scheduling and calendar invites for supply chain meetings.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding order discrepancies or delays.
Requirements
- Must be based in Panama.
- 1–2 years of experience in data entry, order processing, or supply chain support.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong typing speed and high level of accuracy.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or order management systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
