What you will do

• Enter and update records in Salesforce, HubSpot, Airtable, and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Cross-check entries against invoices, contracts, and HR records to ensure accuracy.
• Standardize datasets using filters, pivot tables, and formulas.
• Organize and maintain files in Google Drive, Dropbox, and SharePoint.
• Generate daily and weekly reports including transaction logs and audit summaries.
• Identify data issues and recommend process improvements or automation opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and available during U.S. business hours.
• 1–2 years of experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative roles.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets including pivots and formulas.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• High typing speed with a minimum 98% accuracy rate.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume, repetitive work.

Nice to have

• Experience in finance, e-commerce, or healthcare environments.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or scripting.
