What you will do

• Enter and update records in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Airtable.
• Cross-check data against contracts, invoices, and customer records to ensure accuracy.
• Clean and standardize datasets using Excel formulas, pivot tables, and filters.
• Maintain organized digital records in Google Drive, SharePoint, and Dropbox.
• Generate daily and weekly operational reports and audit summaries.
• Identify and suggest improvements to data entry workflows and templates.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, or Costa Rica.
• 1–2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or data management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Airtable.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Ability to work during U.S. client business hours.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, finance, logistics, or e-commerce.
